Janice Varney Hamlin

Janice is founder and CEO of Marketing Immersion, and partner in MI2, a marketing agency with an expertise and passion for building businesses and brands profitably. Some of MI’s clients include Netflix, Amazon, PBS, PSD Underwear, Mattel, McDonalds, Motor Marc, etc. As an executive, Janice has spearheaded the strategic planning and growth of some of the most well-known names in the world by conceiving and implementing winning marketing, business development, sales and operational strategies in Entertainment, Consumer Products Marketing. These firms include Mattel Toys, Warner Bros., Viacom Entertainment, Disney, and Universal Studios growing brands like Barbie, Hotwheels, Batman, Stan Lee, Nickelodeon, MTV and global retail responsibilities overseeing accounts like Walmart, Target, Carrefour and Liverpool, etc. She is the creator of She-RA, the most powerful woman in the Universe and spearheaded the marketing and sales of Space Jam. She has been featured on the cover of the Wall Street Journal, DSN, WWD and quoted in USA Today, Licensing Book, Retail Store News and has appeared on many news shows in several documentaries. Janice holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance and an MS in Digital Marketing from USF.


TAMILYN BONNEY

Tamilyn’s career in Entertainment Marketing spans from Global Retail and Partnership Marketing to Consumer Products and Digital Marketing. She has served in a variety of senior roles, leading major promotions for both film and television properties for 20th Century Fox, NBC Universal, DreamWorks, Paramount Studios, Warner Bros. and Sony Pictures.  Tamilyn has developed and managed licensing and merchandising strategies for key brands with major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and their international equivalents. Both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Behavioral Science have aided her greatly in the understanding of consumer behavior over the course of her 20+ year long career.


DIONNE FARINO

Dionne has over 8 years of extensive background in Brand Management and Live Event activations. Dionne excels in brand building initiatives with a focus on collaborative promotion efforts. She has proven success in diving into brands and growing them across all platforms. With current experience in global live event touring properties, consumer products, product development, direct to retail, television distribution, social media promotions, creative marketing campaigns, PR, and IP development. Dionne can make your live event vision a reality.


KISHA WATERS

After working in television and radio in San Francisco, Kisha continued her television marketing career in Los Angeles at KTLA TV and later CBS Television. She spent several years working in entertainment where she created tailored promotions for movie studios, book publishers, gaming companies, and record labels. She continues to maintain and develop key relationships with broadcast stations and cable systems nationwide. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio & Television and a Minor in Theater, coupled with over 20 years of marketing partnership experience, Kisha has successfully developed hundreds of collaborative campaigns with just about every major brand.
